Not really for me. A lot of these young guys want to separate themselves from family and do things on their own without their parent or uncle watching their every move at this time in their life. It could have gone either way, but not a surprise to me.

Disappointing but not surprised.  I do expect the assistant coach's son to come though.

Historically, Providence and the Big East are far above South Florida and the AAC.  No surprise here.

Dam we really need a guy like him next year. Let’s see what coach can find in the portal. Unless Karter Knox commits.

Ironically, leavin' on that midnight train from Georgia is perhaps just a leap of faith.

The Midnight Train to Georgia was originally going to be the Midnight Train (or plane according to some) to Houston. Some producer recommended the change.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
