What we lost this year:

Youngblood - 41.6% and 82.9% FT

Placer - 40.3% and 76.5% FT

Miguel - 39% and 80.2% FT

Pryor - 35.2% and 81.5% FT

Will be tough to replace those numbers. Jennings will replace. Not sure if Brown will replace. Green probably will not. And Reynolds could possibly replace.

Also looking at last season I don’t think USF loses those early season games next season moving forward. Also I expect them to be in a decent preseason season tournament which should help their NET rankings. Last season I believe the out of conference schedule and bad losses kept them out of the big dance. Lessons learned.

We will be way better inside next year. Coach just needs to pick up a really good 3 pointer shooter.

I like the JUCO from Wallace College - Jimmie Williams - to be that guy. Third-team All-American, he was Top 25 nationally in scoring (22.5 PPG), rebounds (8.3 RPG), assists (4 APG), free throw percentage (75%) and field goal percentage (54%). Shot 37.4% on 65 made threes and he's a sturdy 6-5. That's the guy we need.

Johnell Davis has not committed yet. I figured he'd already be at Michigan. Wonder if CAAR can pull some magic????

has he been linked to us at all? I suspect he ends up at a Major Program.

I have not seen him linked to anyone besides Michigan; however, he been in the portal quite a while. I find this suspicious. Perhaps Michigan is not a done deal. There are all sorts of reasons unknown to us why I player may end somewhere other than where we expect.

I could not find any highlights. Do you have any to share? The stat that I find impressive is his 2FG% which was 61% on 363 attempts. For a guard that is very impressive.

Wonder if Karter's NIL offer would stand for someone like Johnell Davis.
