I've used the ignore function for a good handful of users here and it's great Anyway back to topic Both softball and baseball play today. I will keep an eye on the baseball score but will be watching softball at 5 on the plus. Some good, fun ball players on that squad that took care of business against a solid FAU team last night.

Gotta give it to Stetson they did not back down when it was 0 to 7

But we melted down tonight in epic fashion

Our bats are fine but we have no answers at pitching which is particularly bad after CBM stepped in as pitching coach this year

What else can be said. Sucks.

HE did not deserve an extra year after two years in a row of losing seasons and  losing seasons in conference play. Pitching has been terrible to be a coached by a former college pitcher that was a  good college pitcher. Wayne Gretzky was a hall of famer  player but was an average coach literally 0.500. Wayned steppedon with grace and class  Hopefully Billy does the same if he can't turn this around with a winning conference record and winning overall record this year. WE need a guy that will light a fire under these guys rears.

He got the extension the year following the Super Regional, even though those extensions weren't about being deserved .... and can you please stop with the "extension" nonsense. It's a dumb take that doesn't get any smarter the more you bring it up.

And if tonight's game is indicative of the rest of the year, the extension will probably be a moot point.

AMEN.  It's definitely a moot point.  He survived last year by the skin of his teeth and if we are not successful this year, CBM will be gone.   Why anyone feels the need to just show up in this thread to make stupid comments and whine is beyond me

There are a couple of guys who have not thrown in a couple of weeks who were giving us good innings out of the pen earlier in the season (Volini and Scrape for sure).   We can't afford that.
