It must be something to do with the IPF providing more shade & shelter for the Indian Burial Grounds. I believe the spirits are now very pleased with USF so we are now seeing good Karma…. Lol

During construction, they clearly dug up and destroyed the demon idol that was buried on the land. The sleeping giant can now awaken from it's long slumber!

Wasn’t the YC the alleged burial ground?

I’ll chalk it up to the new concourse/arena club improvements in the YC.
