I think what makes this so special isn’t that we won a regular season conference title finally however that was great.  It is that after all of these years of watching our teams struggle to score and watching defensive struggles, poor shooting, bad ball handling etc…we are watching a fun team that has 4 shooters on the floor at all times, we are deep, we hit free throws, we play D, we can drive, shoot from the perimeter, close out games with clutch play.  This team is the exact opposite of what we have been watching pretty much consistently for the past 30 plus years.  Savor the moment because god knows we have earned it from all of the years of bad pick up ball that we have been subjected too.

Only thing was they could have made a bigger deal of what was going on post game leading up to it. Crowd had thinned out pretty good ...... but the ones still left were mostly the appropriate ones that should have still been left.
