Russ Wood passed away. He brought so much basketball knowledge. Great source of info regarding USF hoops. What is really sad is that I feel the USF hoops program is finally going to win and he won’t be at the Yuengling Center to witness it all in person. May he rest in peace and be with us all spiritually as we enjoy the rise of USF hoops…..

He been laying low for the past month and I felt it was either a family issue or a health issue. He was a nice guy with just like you said a lot of Bball knowledge.

I just found out about this.   Very sad.   I followed his YouTube channel and he often had better post-game coverage than the official USF YouTube channel.   

He worked for Bulls Insider at rivals.com, so that might explain why he was not posting here.
