I made a chart of how we have been using the transfer portal. So far we are on track for the amount of incoming and outgoing in 2020. I think after Spring camp we should get the full amount.

We actually have more transfers signed this year than last year on this date, but we added a ton later. I do have a feeling it may not be as many, though, this year because of the recruiting class but that remains to be seen.

I like that we seem to be more of a destination now.  It will work for us.  He is laying out the model for how it should be done.

There is no doubt that's Golesh's aura, a 7-6 record, and an OCS has made us a more attractive destination compared to just a year ago.

Yup! Winning in Tampa Bay makes tons of people want to be part of it. See Tom Brady effect for Bucs. Golesh effect on USF. Cooper effect for Lightning. Cash effect for Rays. They don’t call it CHAMPA!!!! BAY!!  For nothing. We can expect to see the Bucs beat the Eagles Monday night.,.,
