All good head coaches started out as assistants somewhere.  But it seems we needed an immediate fix and hiring another assistant just seemed baffling. CAG may turn out to be our best football coach ever but in today's conference shuffle climate it seemed we needed a proven head coach.  Time, if we have enough of it, will tell.

MK tried to hire Prime and missed so we got a choice out of what was left.    Herman and Chadwell weren't in that group

Good way to put it. It will be interesting to see how all these coaches do next season.
