I must say I am impressed with what FAU has done over the years when it comes to coaching hires, upward movement in conferences,  accomplishments on the field, and the building of an OCS.

Right now we still have a leg up, but we cannot become complacent since they could jump us if we don't start winning on the field. 

 I see FAU as a solid addition to the AAC.

I now know there is something wrong with me.  Before I looked I was thinking top 6 but then I realized I was thinking of USF football from many years ago.  Lets hope we can recreate those teams coached by CJL.

The conference is actually looking pretty good to me.  Tulane being good and winning NY6 bowl and keeping staff guarantees preseason top25 for them pretty much.  That’s huge because we NEED the AAC to hold down that NY6 spot and having top 25 preseason team makes that easier.  It’s a bigger league now but could be 6 deep if we or one of the new adds like FAU take off.
