He should have more success as he can influence players to transfer. Basically, pick up the phone and poach players at will. I'm sure this is not allowed but garuntee you it is happening.

He can just guarantee them a booster backed NIL Deal which is paying them and not breaking any rules.

Colorado is ranked 1st with their transfer class and we are ranked 93. I am not sure how the hell these scores work or what they mean because we got 17 transfers and 0 for a score. I think it means 247 just doesn't care enough to rate USF. Either way we can't claim we got the number one transfer class just for a day.

Instead of just half assing pulling stuff up and throwing it on here, why not do a little research to explain what we're looking at. There are over 100 schools ranked 93 with 0 points, including your boy Herman, so there must be an explanation as to why. Your assignment, if you decide to accept it, is to figure out what the **** that list represents.

I thought there was an NCAA rule they couldn't engage players that arent in the portal. I could be completely wrong as well as i didn't dig into it too mich.

Who knows the rules change so much and players in the portal can still be offered nil deals to come to your school I think.
