I will argue (half-heartedly) that struggling to almost mediocre in the ACC shouldn't eliminate a coach with BG's success at a school like Dayton from consideration at our mid-major university.  Now letting him linger around here for 6 average (and that's a stretch) seasons is unattractive and lazy for sure.  Let's see what we do now

You'll need to check last year's NIT, though, we don't like fresh ones. Look for a coach fired with your criteria, worked as a "consultant" last year and snap him up ........... then CBI here we come, baby!

Personally, I'd go with the CSH formula. Fired this year, major conference, 20 win seasons last two years but one and done in the Big Dance both years .........
