Baseball Season Is Here

Baseball officially starts this weekend.  Maryland comes to town and they will be a tough test.  They are Preseason #13 in the country.  Will be interesting to see what our team looks like.  I'm not even sure what our starting rotation will look like.  Also, Florida comes to town on Tuesday...so it might be a tough start to 2023.

Our lineup looks like it has some serious potential, but that pitching staff is a huge question mark. Who are the weekend/midweek starters? Ethan Brown and who else? Hope Coach Mohl is able to do his magic with that staff because we SHOULD be able to score some runs with Brutcher, Cantu, Mayo, et al.

Let's gooooo! Excited for the season. Wont be able to make Friday, but plan on being there Saturday. Nothing better than a Bulls baseball game on a weekend at the Red.

I'll be there Friday and Saturday for sure.  Not sure about Sunday yet, I'll see how the first 2 games go before making a decision.  Season tickets are only $75 and it gets you in both baseball and softball

Back down in FLA from the NC mountains for bizniz and family reunion.  Great that summer arrived as well for the start of the season.  May try to swing by a game....

Hunter Mink is the Friday starter, Nolan Hudi will start Saturday and Austin Grause gets the ball on Sunday.  Should be...interesting to say the least.  Hope they learned alot in the offseason

Well, that is interesting. Relief guys (Mink and Hudi) making the move to starters. Wonder who the closer is? Hunter was pretty good there last year when they moved Kerkering to starter. Looks like it'll be a work in progress for the foreseeable future - unless those guys just step in and kill it. Should be a little interesting change up for opponents. Mink throws pretty hard on Friday, Hudi is mostly breaking balls on Saturday, then Grause comes back throwing hard on Sunday.

Yep, hoping for the best as Maryland looks to be a pretty good team.  Winning 2 out of 3 is always the goal each wkd series but 1 might be good for this team against this opponent.  Let's win tonight and see what happens the rest of the wkd.

Also for those who don't have season tickets, single games cost $10.
