It should be noted that being a nominee for the Broyles Award is extremely prestigious and usually leads to massive promotions for the nominees. For instance, take a look at the 2019 and 2020 Finalists. With the exception of one of them (and one that retired) every single nominee has moved up in their profession. Being a finalist for this award is a launching pad to bigger and better things. It makes the Golesh hire look even more impressive in my eyes. 

2019 Finalists:

Winner: Joe Brady - LSU Passing Game Coordinator to NFL (OC at Carolina and QB Coach at Buffalo)

Dan Lanning - DC of Georgia to HC of Oregon

Phil Snow - Baylor DC to NFL (Carolina Panthers DC)

Jeff Hafley - Co-OC at Ohio State to HC of Boston College

Mogan Staley - Still the DC at Utah

2020 Finalists:

Steve Sarkisian - Alabama OC to HC of Texas

Jeff Grimes - BYU OC to Baylor OC

Marcus Freeman - Cincy DC to HC of Notre Dame

Kane Wommack - DC at Indiana to HC at South Alabama

Mike Hankowitz - DC of Northwestern now retired.

I, for one, won't accept the corrupt results of any election. Unless, of course, my guy wins. Then there was nothing wrong. Let's all get to Arkansas immediately if CAG loses and try to Stop the Steal!
