Tennessee program was a dump in the SEC until this year. 

Clemson had the #4 offense in the country the season we decided to hire Jeff Scott. This is another project hire we don’t need right now.

We needed someone with legit hc experience to right this...I'm actually angered by this hire and how we could have had Tom Herman.

I will say he is actually really good recruiter. I’m not sure how to feel about this hire but UC was interested and he is known a very talented recruiter. Maybe he keeps Trickett and spends his time recruiting the hell out of Florida. Good recruiters can recruit from all over.

Why is he a good recruiter? What says that in his little coaching experience. He doesn’t have enough to say that he can recruit to build a progam.
