For the record Taggart beat #21 Temple in 2015 and #22 Navy in 2016. 
 

Maybe take a step back from the whole top 25 thing.

Why? So the record against top 25 is about 2-25? Not bad, better than CJS. Ok my ranking is as follows: 

CJL>CSH>CCS>CWT>CJS 

this is based on coaching careers thus far. If you rather compare coaches using overall W/L record, Bowl Wins, Conference championship we can move on to that.
