Had my first at 30 when I was in an adult hockey league. That one instance made me hang up the cleats for good, and realize it wasn’t worth it. I was out for a minute I think and did not do the smart thing with going to see a doctor until the next day.

As we are more educated on brain injuries . . . people are making wiser choices.

My reply is off topic, but I was surprised that the NFL didn’t force Tua into an early retirement after his concussion.

There is an internet rumor out there that Marsh's injury may be career-ending (spine). Of course, everything you read on the internet is true, right?

Please let this be untrue.  Even if he can't play, I just hope that he is fully healthy.
