What about Seth Greenberg?

Pretty sure Brad meant a Coach who actually produced something here.

FT shooting killed us in that first game. If we made 50% of them then we probably win lol

I'm not sure the concept of shooting has ever been coached at USF, at least since Michelle Scarborough's days.

Above .500 record overall and only his first season was below .500.   2 NIT appearances.  We sure are high and mighty with the expectations all of a sudden

And only 1 season above .500 in conference and no NIT wins. John didn't say anything about expectations but about producing and even though Seth was Adolph Rupp like compared to the last 10 years, he didn't really produce much except pizzas for students ..... not that there's anything wrong with that.

it has nothing to do with being “high and mighty”, but more to what was was really accomplished.

Greenberg  had an above .500 record because he was able to win OOC games with regularity and he had a few nice wins over some good teams in the OOC portion of the schedule. Without even having to look, Greenberg’s record in C-USA was sub .500 with routine losses to Southern Miss, UAB, etc. 2 undeserving NIT appearances (1 when the field was expanded to 48 teams and we were one of the additional teams) rounded out his tenure.

Heath accomplished more than Greenberg did and he did that while playing in a much more difficult conference than Greenberg ever had to navigate. A 12-6 Big East record in our NCAA season with multiple Top 25 wins is something that Seth didn’t accomplish here.

I wasn't comparing Greenberg to Heath, but Heath had exactly 2 winning seasons in his tenure and those were the only 2 seasons he won more than 4 games in conference as well.  I'd take Greenberg's lack of accomplishments in a heartbeat right about now
