Yeah we got hit with 3 hurricanes in two weeks Charlie, gene, and fracais my senior year.

Yep,  twice I filled up the fridge only to lose power and had to throw everything out.  I was inland so no damage, got tired of it and left for Texas shortly thereafter.

Because Texas gets no hurricanes.  And, yes, I know you are far enough north not to get them.

The irony is I have had my roof replaced twice in the last 5 years due to hail, we get tornadoes, oppressive heat, crime, traffic, it is almost like I never left Florida.
