It’s nice not being laughed at like what’s happened so much lately. I will say the uf fans after the game were also really nice saying we played better then they did and we have a hell of a running game.

It’s been a few seasons since I’ve felt this way. There are some clear mistakes and work to be done BUT when was the last time they played as complete a game as this…against an opponent at this level.

I had fun at a game for the first time in a long time. I will consider that a win. I even had several friends (not usf fans) text me saying if we play like this weekly, we will win a lot of games.

Yes of course, but some around me were honest and said we played better then them. They also said to go beat ucf

Well the couple gator fans I was talking with hated ucf and their fake ass NC. Guy said their fans are trash. Him and I had a bonding moment over those words.

We made a few Gator friends in the crowd too.  I got a little nuts when we got the INT though and maybe lost any good graces I once had.

I'm glad you all have gator friends, I don't.  I 'm with @The Sheriff, they are not redeemable, any generation of them.

Don't see any big reason to be really happy or sad.  A loss, as anticipated, but closer than I thought.  Improvement shown, but in the end a winnable game not won.  Hopefully improvement continues each week, and we can eliminate the costly mistakes.  After watching Malik Cunningham play, we better string piano wire across the line of scrimmage.
