Technically can't they do that now? I'm under the impression that the scholarships are on a year to year basis .... which could be some of reasoning behind this, as ****** up as it could make things.

So I think one time transfer without sitting , another one if the coach leaves, and possibly a free transfer if you get have a serious injury use your medical redshirt  then  lose your spot while recovering. Then 3 sounds top much because it could 4 programs before you graduate then get a grad transfer haha. I liked the current state but the coach one sounds fair . Say gb transfers here and cjs leaves ....

They did build a nifty little stadium on Kennedy Blvd that they said was for lacrosse and intramurals but that may have been a smoke screen ...
