This happened last summer and has now returned periodically. This is the view I get and makes using the site completely inoperable.

Jim sent me an email, he is seeing the same thing.  There was an update run a couple days ago.  Have you done the usual cache clearing and cookies removal?

I am not seeing that at all on my Chrome or Edge browsers.

Glad to here things are working for all.  Like I said there was an upgrade.  I found two errors on the log.  Hopefully in good shape for now.

I ran into it yesterday for a bit but cleared up quick.

Had the same problem last night on my phone but this morning it was back up and running on my phone with no problems

If those errors can be specifically focused you may want to keep them in your back pocket ....
