We had success under head coach Mark Kingston. Other than one hot season under Mohl, I wouldn't categorize his head coaching tenure at USF successful. Responsibility falls on the head coach.

We can thank coaching adrenaline, Mark Kingston for 17 & 18. Based on how 22 went, we got hot in 21. Can Mohl get some consistency hot sauce going? I'm not sure.

Big problem with recruiting in baseball. Go after really good players and they could be drafted and go pro. Fine line to walk.

Mohl has had success in 2 of his 4 full seasons including the only regional championship in our history.   Kingston had success in 2 of his 3 before he left.  Kingston was the head coach, but Mohl was the pitching coach that developed those deep staffs and that is what you said he had never done

Jasiak injury was huge.  Changed Lord's and Kerkering's roles.  Lane's been a stud since day 1.

And they're all draft picks.   Based on potential and projections not on college team's success
