I was at a baseball kids program today and saw the IPF from the stands of the baseball stadium. It is HUUUGE! It really does make an imposing site sitting in the baseball stands.

Wait until the OCS dwarfs it.

I did see that this morning.

Nice progress in the SE corner over the last week.

The renderings had the non translucent areas as a dark greyish metallic color. At the moment those areas are white. Anyone know if there is still another layer to go on the outside? Or if the current shell is how it will look?

I wondered about this as well. To me it looks like they inverted the colors on the actual build. Maybe @John Lewis knows?

My thoughts as well since the roof is also the grey in the rendering but physically white.

Bricks going up on the lower level of the entrance building and final trim work is being applied to the roof.

The footprint of the entrance building looks to have changed based on the rendering above to what was actually built.  The first floor looks to have been extended south but doesn't go as far west as the drawing shows.

I am not sure if anything was "changed".

The rendering is not the be all end all of what a facility will look like.

This is the norm it seems . . . things "change" along the way and are approved.
