I would assume that's the last place that the sod is placed. They still have a good deal of work to do there.

There is still a large opening for the vehicles on the East side, so I do not think it will be too difficult to pour the foundation and then then lay the turf down over it.

My projections for completion are approximately 60 days as well.  I am somewhat of an expert on this type of installation.  I am not in construction but my kids school installed turf at their baseball stadium a couple years ago and I drove by it daily on my way to work.  The foundation takes a while, it has to be perfect.  It will be completed just in time for rainy season to end and the heat to break.
