Lol hope not. Looks like Darryl Shaw purchase more land near the port. Since he is a big Rays fan and wants the stadium built there hopefully he can help get it done. We shall see!

Yeah it makes people on edge. Rays make the game fun because they did things outside of the box with how they started positioning the fielders and how they have their pitching staff set up. They went against the traditional ways and I believe that is how they made it to two World Series. Fun team.

I am seeing gossip that the Big Ten is targeting 5 major schools.  Is that a weird number or they are giving Notre Dame a 5% chance?

To get us back on topic, sounds like all of the announcements about the athletics district should position us well for the next possible big jump!

Honestly, this is the most buzz I have seen about the program in ages. Saw an article about us on the front page of yahoo yesterday and Fox News had something about us. First time in awhile the news hasn’t been about how much of a dumpster fire we are, or how bad the attendance is.

On top of that, what we have been hearing about ESPN not wanting the ACC to fold up and other conferences possibly not going away (PAC12/B12) as soon as we thought. It seems like those conferences are going to have to expand to be considered part of the party.

This was my opinion all along that the leadership had to hustle vs. blaming donors going to an empty pro stadium to play Tulsa next to the strip clubs.  We need to hit the heart strings and pull on the nostalgia factor.

For real, give the donors a reason to donate. From what I have heard in the past, especially during the CCS era, was that the relationships with the donors was not that great and there was no real push to include smaller donors.

Acc would be my pick if they added usf and WV. Would have fsu and miami games to travel to in state, some Big East foes in Pitt,Wv,Su, and Lville. I wouldnlove to go to some away games at nc state,Clemson, NC, VT, Virginia, wf, and Duke because I have never been there In person.  But all we can do is win and hope to get called up now we are building an ocs and upgrading athletics . The backyard brawl last night was fun to watch an old rivalry.
