USF is lowest in the American.  Info only for public universities it looks like.

For USF, I think it is sustained success and building the brand.

Not always, Texas A&M is high and they also charge a little over 400 dollars a year to students for an annual pass to the sporting events. They have revenue streams on top of revenue streams.

Yes, and even at some schools that aren't $0 students pay for tickets to the games. (usually at low prices)
