Memphis would also appear to lack TV market size and recruiting potential.  Also, while I generally favor an OCS, RJS is getting significant upgrades and is a legit facility.  Not saying these are deciding factors but they do appear to favor us.

All they do is list the schools who were publicly begging to get in. Congrats to ESPN for doing that tough research.
