The ACC

FSU out

USF in.....

Hopefully

Or UCF

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!........................

It's hard not to make a good case for them at this point:

Larger student body than USF.

On-campus stadium/better gameday environment than USF.

No BCS experience but more successful in CUSA than USF when it moved to a BCS conference.

Arugably better location for road trips than USF.

Stable coaching situation.

Better basketball.

Competitive academically to USF.

trololololol

1 win over us in the 1st game of the season equates to better bball in this guy's mind. Guess you don't care about facilities either. Go troll on the Mickey Mouse MB's.

Yes, it could happen, but it seems people on this board would rather cover their ears, close their eyes and yell la la la la la. I think we're ahead of them though, even if it's by a small margin. We have connections in the BE/ACC that they don't have yet.

GTFO Upperhand. Guy's f*&kin' CLOWN SHOES. Take I-4 East and don't stop until you see the mouse.

Yeah, no thanks. I've been a USF fan for 10 years and don't plan to change that. I hate UCF with every fiber of my being but last time I checked, we haven't beaten them in basketball since 2009 and just got stomped a few weeks ago. I think you all need to check your attitudes, you're the one's who are sounding like UCF, or worse, Florida fans. Someone makes a suggestion that we might not be number 4 in the state anymore (because we've been a Big East bottom dweller save one good season in basketball, and have been declining in football for 3 years) you go ape-$h!t. I'm not advocating the mouse house for the ACC, but you can't tell me that we're heads and shoulders a better prospect for the ACC. Outside of the central Florida region, half the people don't know the difference between us.

Pretty sure the game that was just played was the first time we played them since 2009.

All time series record is decidedly in USF's favor.

They beat us in 2010. UCF 65, USF 59

Playing in a BCS conference for 7+ years, with a winning record against the ACC, clearly puts USF ahead of UCF in terms of national perception of the programs, regardless of having one down year. Should we hold UCF's craptastic 0-12 season before O'Leary arrived against them? Or UCF's 0-4 record against USF? There are a number of other reasons why USF is clearly ahead of UCF in the conference realignment food chain, but I don't have time to engage in the debate right now because I'm at work. Suffice it to say that actions will speak for themselves... if either team ever gets an ACC invite, it will be USF over UCF, or both, but not UCF over USF.

Not to mention UCF's all time record against BCS conference teams in football. It's something like 2-23, with wins over an abysmal 2-10 Alabama team and 6-7 Georgia program that was going through the motions to end their season.
