In the last few years, we needed a quarterback who could teleport or fly. A QB definitely needs legs at USF with what we have.

Timmy is a quarterback who can run, he's not Flowers ..... I don't think, anyway ..... he just needs to learn how to avoid as many hits as possible and bulk up some.

What I am saying is IF as a QB you are running on 28% of your drop backs you are a running QB (or at least a dual threat QB). If 33% of your career yards or whatever it was is with your legs, you are a running QB. Those are not the stats of a drop back passer.

I think dual threat is definitely the better designation. With a running quarterback, the stats would be reversed, wouldn't they?
