This allows you to go beyond that number up to 32 to replace players transferring out. So if we have 5 guys transfer out after the year we get 5 extra scholarships, 7 out and we get 7 extra, 11 out and we get 7 extra.

But all this still needs to be done within the confines of a 85 scholarship roster limit, correct?
