tangent: has anyone driven past the IPF site to see if any construction has been done since the groundbreaking ceremony? Not sure how much they can do while the team is still practicing

There is a sign that says future home of the USF Indoor Performance Center.

I believe that the plan to begin the construction will take place before the season is over.

At the ground breaking ceremony, I was told that they are delaying actual construction as long as possible so the team can use the field; but with the caveat that it will be ready in time for next seaon.
