1. Get better players.  MAYBE

2. Hire better coaches.  MAYBE NOT

3. Play an easier schedule.  DEFINITELY NOT

I’m glad he is acknowledging that his leadership was a contributing factor and was in need of change as much as any other issue we were facing, it’s a shame he didn’t at least read a single management 101 book because even the most basic of research could have told him 1 and 2 were a problem in any field.

Players into the portal you go. Cast off coaches and keeps trucking forward. If you don’t fit you’re out

You can read all the books you want but you never know how things are going to go until the bullets start flying. I am in LE and see it all the time with first time supervisors. They micro-manage like crazy until they have a trust of the people they supervise. He evaluated himself, adjusted, and has a new plan of action.

Hopefully when the bullets start flying again he doesn’t revert, he at least is aware of his mistakes and their contributions to the disaster that was last season which should hopefully allow for growth and improvement.

I use run on sentences regularly, there is no way you are just noticing it

But that one was beyond grievous...certainly not to the level of a graduate from a preeminent university. If you correct it, you may find that people will listen more to your dribble.

“In my mind, I’m kind of like, ‘OK, excuses over'. We know what we need to do. We’ve got the right team together, and now we move forward, and we’ll evaluate and be accountable to each other, including myself, from this point forward.”

Last I checked the scoreboard doesn't have a spot for current bank balance on it.
