Honestly, and no offense to you, this is one of the dumbest, ambiguous critiques of a team out there ..... no matter who's saying it. If, as a player, you need someone to get you ready, you may need to rethink things.

I will not argue that, the critique was simplistic, but If a coach is not responsible for getting a team ready to play then what the hell  do they get paid for and yes I took offense for you calling me stupid you senile old bastard. 😀
