Seems hard to compare game 3 with a new offense, all new staff, and no Spring practice, vs game 10 last year with all of the available practices.

That’s not entirely fair the schemes in and of themselves are not bad they are just a bad fit here.

Well you have to work with what you got. It seems like we’d rather reinvent the wheel rather than use what we know works.

It’s our fault as an institution for not hiring for the actual position we have available

Maybe we just don’t pass film along to new hires? Do we do that in an effort to keep them from reneging on our offer?

They all think they are different and can be the one to successfully run what made them successful elsewhere, it’s our job to vet them and find the ones not trying to shove their square pegs into our round holes. If anyone says the words pro or that their plans revolve around having a top offensive line they should be immediately disqualified and should they make it through that step there should be a clause in their contract that ever saying those thing during their tenure here will result in them being termed immediately with cause.
