A lot is going to depend on QB play and if the problems with the o-line were talent or scheme issues and can they be fixed.

USF should have a big season next year and compete for the conference championship with the staff gone and Coach Bell gone on offense right ? We have all these good players and Cjs and Charlie Weise J

Dude, I don't know what you are smoking, but come on, even the most optimistic fans don't believe there is any way in hell that we will be competing for a conference championship this year. 

Just show me a spark that this team has been missing for a long time, improvement on both sides of the ball, and maybe even an upset or two and I would be thrilled!

It would be nice, but I think we might be another year away before closing that gap and beating them.  Hopefully I'm wrong and we do it this year.  The team should improve as the season goes on, barring injuries.

That seems a lot to fix in one offseason, but scheme may really help.
