The good news is we know it can be turned around with the right coach.

The bad news is we clearly don’t have that coach right now.

In a recruiting hotbed like the Tampa Bay Area, we know we can get the Jimmies and Joes. I’d say 2-3 years to get back to being competitive for an AAC title. 

XCWT and Scott Frost proved if you get some GUYS, things can be turned around in short order on Florida.

CCS needs to go by the end of this year though or it just delays it another year.
