Two AAC games now canceled..unlikely these out of conference games will be made up.

There are two big non-USF games I'll be keeping an eye on this weekend.

First is GaTech-Pitt. Hopefully Georgia Tech can put together a good season and make our win vs them end up looking good. I'll be rooting for them each week  the rest of the year.

The really big game is Boise State-Oklahoma State. This is Boise's toughest game and if they win there is a real good chance they run the table. They already have a leg up on us with their initial ranking. If we went undefeated I still don't know if we'd pass them if they were undefeated. That would be the most USF thing ever. Go undefeated, finally win the conference, and then miss the NY6 Bowl anyway....I'd feel much better if OK State can beat them on Saturday. Go Cowboys!

The only ranking that counts towards the NY6 bowl doesn't come out for 7 weeks so it doesn't really matter what they're ranking is now in unrelated polls. What will matter in 7 weeks is the total body of work at that point ...... and if we're both undefeated, their body of work should put them ahead of us. This is definitely a big game from that standpoint.
