Just a question for the imagination, do you think the UCF game ending would have played out similar to the Texas Tech game had Wilcox not fumbled?

I had this calmness about me on that drive that we would score, I think UCF knew it as well but then the Wilcox play happened.

God...I hate to think about that. But you could be right.

That would have only tied the game and we would have gone into OT.  Who knows what would have happened then.

OT would still be better than what happened

We would have definitely scored on the drive, but not sure about OT.  I think the pressure would have been on UCF.

I'm just glad it didn't - as soon as we scored our last TD, I thought of a KO return for a TD.  Then when that didn't happen, I feared a 4th and 24 kind of strike.

It'll pass, eventually, just like Voodoo 5 and Illegal Propulsion.

Oh.

Wait.

Voodoo 5 was easy to get over.

That illegal forward propulsion is still deeply rooted in my memory, and worse than either of the UCF F-ups.  Those were purely on us.

I would like to lose the fear of losing though.  Getting there.

Still think he batted it forward...regardless that team did not have the depth to win out.

Yes I think so...I was so calm yesterday I knew Flowers was going to score that TD on the final drive.  Ive seen him for 4 years now I know what he does at crunch time.
