Looks like the sides are concrete, though and not a chain link fence in sight ...

I was only kidding.  I'm all for an OCS and was super impressed with Tulane's version but we would  need to be a bit  larger.  I hate the NFL/Bowl Game experience at Ray Jay when I'm at a college regular season game.  I only want to be able to escape to air conditioning when absolutely necessary, have access to a bar and a cup holder at my seat.  Don't care if it's a real seat or a decent bleacher.  Call it a club or donor section but that's all I need, and will donate extra for,  to be thrilled with an OCS.
