This seems like an odd hire to me for UCF.  A large step down from Sumlin.

read somewhere that sumlin was delaying things to see what happens w/ oregon

Like said above, this guy would be there so why not give Sumlin more time ........ Sumlin was kind of a scary hire looking from here .....the Sta Puff Marshmallow Man .... not so much. Honestly, though, didn't know that much about Frost either.
