Concur.  Deal has been drawn up but nobody has seen or signed.  That happens after he loses or wins the ccg.

If he wins the AAC Championship, he gets the 5mil per year base salary, incentives are extra. If he loses, he gets 5mil per year including incentives.

this joy of us possibly losing a coach is not a good thing for either program, the more it happens the likelier that both stay as stepping stone G5s forever
