Looks like T-storms early in the day. Just hope this doesn't turn into another Notre Dame game as far as length of game. Maybe if we can actually play well early and build a big lead we they can call it ala UCF v Cinci.

Except the storms should be gone around game time so hopefully not another ND.  Only saving grace to that 6 hour ordeal was that we were winning.  Not sure how long I would have lasted through the 2 delays if we were getting blown out.

My wife wanted to leave during the 2nd delay.  I went berserk.  We had been in the area for a week, we were beating ND at their place, AND YOU WANT TO LEAVE?  We stayed.

I went to the ND game too, and I kind of liked the delays. Extended the pleasure. It was more agonizing for the home team's fans...

The only issue was going soooooo long without a beer in that stadium.

The other good thing is that so many people left, that getting out of the parking lots after the game was a breeze and no traffic back to Chicago.

Somewhere along the line I got a USF hooded poncho that I have never had to use. I have a feeling it gets used tomorrow night.
