If we win the turnover battle against worse competition we should win the game. Wouldn't be surprised to see us do something similar against UCONN with hopefully a bit more success running and better special teams. Then we open up the playbook a bit more for Illinois. I don't think voters would follow things that way but no losses is all that matters.

You guys need to pull your heads from the sand. Perfectly legitimate end result from two really crappy games that we happened to win. Results result in the result. Apparently, CCS will be surprised: From Oracle: Even with two lackluster starts to open the season, Strong doesn’t see why the No. 19 Bulls would drop in the polls. “I don’t know if we’ll drop,” Strong said. “We don’t have any reason to drop, we just have to be better.” http://www.usforacle.com/news/view.php/1029437/Bulls-pull-away-late-for-win-over-Stony- Perhaps, next time he will tack on some more points at the end of the game when given the opportunity. You were spot on with the coaches poll. I would take the AP at #19 at this point. Plenty of time to move up through winning and attrition over the next few weeks.
