This is obvious and biggest problem, hope we make adjustments pronto.  Maybe we don't have the talent.  Thinking Mack's and Adams' departures were not big hits to the offense was silly, but many thought that.

They were definitely big hits, but they aren't the reason our offense is atrocious.

Aside from Texas collapse, all of the games I've watched, all of the teams looked much more ready to go than USF has in our past two.

As for Flowers and the Heisman, he was pretty much the only reason we won today,

Also the reason we almost lost.  His passing was the worst we've seen in a long time.

When we can't run and we can't pass, we in heap big trouble.

No, but not being able to fill the vacuum with personnel and plays is.

Plays are 99% of our problem. Personnel is 1%.

I don't know the exact % breakout.  But, sometimes great players can overcome bad plays...

Well I know there were drops, but I'm not sure how much of the rest of his passing issues  are from being off the mark or because of bad route running or pressure from the defensive  line.

His receivers didn't do much to help him. How dropped passes did we have today?

It's nice that he got some national attention but he was never going to win the Heisman.

Same, and that includes high school football.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
