20. Texas: Strong left plenty of talent behind. In Tom Herman's first year, the entire culture has been changed. This looks like the beginning of a next gen Big 12 title in Austin.

 

I must be woefully out of touch but didn't Herman just arrive at Texas?  How could he change the culture?

I think they mean that Strong changed the culture from what it used to be and now Herman is inheriting it.

Dennis Dodd was one of the biggest UCF jock riders when it came to expansion the last go round. I'm glad he gave us some love.
