gameday coaching is part of being a next level coach and if Herman wins 10 games in Season 1 there is no guarantee the same happens if Strong was still on the sideline in Austin

I think next year we'll be good (mostly because of Quinton Flowers) and Strong will look good. But starting year 2 we'll see a slow decline from then on.
