Strong could probably impart a lot of wisdom to Taggart being a little bit of a fish out of water so I could see Taggart offering a ton of money to Strong to help instill the right culture.  Maybe we can just promote Weist and Jancek.

Maybe he does, but maybe he also wants a break from that due to Texas being so much of mess for him.  It's not unusual for people coming out of hectic situations to want to take a step back.  A CEO may not become director of security but they may take their golden parachute and go on a hiatus or pursue a passion project (DC) until they're recharged enough to take on the grind of being a CEO.  We'll find out what Charlie wants in the next few days.
