College coaching is different than any other profession.  Coaches get demoted all the time.

Yes... not at the same school though to the best of my knowledge. Can't think of that happening very often aside from maybe going from coordinator to co-coordinator type things.

Woodie recruits well. Keeping him on and having strong mentor would be amazing for the team.  Not looking positive at the moment though.

I just don't know that Woodie walks into another program and is DC immediately. He is from the area and short of WT taking him. If given the opportunity to stay here and learn, if they work Strong out, I feel career wise it's his best option
