So I got to thinking . . .

2017: Flowers is a Senior and we open Week Zero at San Jose St on National TV.

Fans send flowers to news outlets with Heisman Card.

Probably the face of the program now. I've considered Mack to be that the past couple years, but I suppose QF may have overtaken him now...

Without a marquee opponent there's no way he'll be considered. He will have to put up nation leading stats, play defense, return kicks, and throw TD passes to himself. Media has too much P5 bias.

Playing along with the supposition that Flowers could actually be in the running for a Heisman, the unfortunately reality is that Lamar Jackson does everything Flowers does, either as good or better, and definitely against superior competition.  As long as LJ is around, which he should be for at least one more year (as will Flowers), he'll pretty much take every headline that QF would get.

Dude, it's a message board.  I'm just pointing out facts.  Doing that helps keep a board running.  QF is amazing but he's not perfect.
