A UCF-USF  game with a division championship and Conference Championship game appearance at stake would be  enormous for the conference, attendance and probably both programs. 

That's what you want in a rivalry. Something at stake.

I think the Navy loss just killed the team as a whole. Add in the fact that Herman is probably gone after the season..Not good

Interesting to me that the team fell apart right after Les Miles was fired and Herman's name was all over the sports news. I wonder if the kids got a private look at his intentions and lost some of their faith in him.

Agreed, but I'd prefer us to be in a "need to win" with UCF eliminated.  The less they have to play for (other than hate, which is always their/own motivation), the better, IMO.

Houston up 31-24, and UCF looks battered. Momemtum shift is massive.
